Position Summary As a BCBA at Progressive Pathways ABA, you will play a central role in transforming lives. This is a salaried, center-based position where you'll have the opportunity to lead your team, design innovative treatment plans, and help clients and their families reach their full potential. What You’ll Be Doing Conducting client assessments and developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to our team of RBTs. Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to programs. Collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure goals are meaningful and effective. Leading with a positive attitude and a passion for ethical, compassionate care.

Qualifications

Current and active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Experience in a clinical or center-based setting is preferred.

A positive attitude and a passion for creating meaningful change.
