Job Listing: Fulltime Entry-Level Behavior Technician (Center-Based)

Progressive Pathways ABA is excited to be hiring a motivated and compassionate Entry-Level Behavior Technician to join our team! No prior experience in ABA is required we are looking for individuals who are passionate about learning and ready to make a positive impact.

Position Summary
As an Entry-Level Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and achieve their goals under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is the perfect opportunity to start a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in the clinic setting.

Implement skill-building programs and behavioral support strategies as designed by the BCBA.
Schedule: 9:00 am-5:00 pm (1 hour break).
Collect accurate data to track client progress.

Actively participate in training and supervision sessions to develop your skills.

Maintain a positive and engaging attitude while interacting with clients and their families.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
A passion for working with children and a willingness to learn.
Must be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT training series as a condition of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
