Job Listing: Center Operations Manager

Progressive Pathways ABA is seeking an organized and proactive Center Operations Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and successful daily operations of our ABA therapy center.

Position Summary: As the Center Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our clinic, overseeing all administrative functions to support our clinical team and provide a welcoming environment for our clients and their families. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, client intake, and managing clinical records.

Staff Support: Assist with onboarding new team members and provide administrative support to BCBAs and RBTs to ensure they have the resources they need.

Facilities Management:

Ensure the center is clean, safe, and fully equipped to provide a positive therapeutic environment.

Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and staff, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Billing and Compliance: Coordinate with our billing team and ensure all center operations are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an operations or administrative management role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in office management software and electronic health records (EHR).
