Job Listing: Fulltime Senior Behavior Therapist

Progressive Pathways ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and ready to take on a leadership position.

Position Summary: As a Senior Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in implementing and overseeing treatment plans for our clients. Under the direction of a BCBA. You will not only provide direct therapy but also serve as a mentor and guide to our junior-level therapists. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients achieve meaningful progress and maintaining our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implementing complex and individualized treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Serve as a mentor and a role model for less-experienced therapists, offering guidance, hands-on training, and constructive feedback.

Conduct thorough and accurate data collection to monitor client progress and the effectiveness of interventions.

Collaborate closely with the BCBA, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care across all settings.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Completed or are currently in a master's program at an accredited University.

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience working directly with clients in an ABA setting.

Demonstrated leadership skills and a history of mentoring peers.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
